This comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath home gives you the privacy and space of an entire house while keeping you convenient to LSU, dining, shopping and many of Baton Rouge`s most popular areas.

Inside, you`ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, welcoming living space and a fully stocked kitchen for meals, snacks and game-day prep.

Outside is one of our favorite parts of the property — a large private backyard with plenty of room to spread out. Relax with your morning coffee, enjoy the Louisiana weather or wind down in the outdoor patio seating area after a day around town.

Traveling with your pup? Dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

The home is located next to an active railroad track, and trains may pass during both daytime and nighttime hours.

We want to be completely transparent about this before you book. While many guests aren`t bothered by the occasional sound of a passing train — and some even enjoy the nostalgic feel — light sleepers or guests who are particularly sensitive to noise should keep this in mind when choosing their stay.

We`d love to welcome your pup! Dogs are permitted with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

Due to homeowner`s insurance requirements, certain dog breeds cannot be accommodated. Please send us the number and breed of dogs traveling with you before booking so we can confirm approval.

Welcome to Tiger Country! We`re conveniently located for LSU visits, football weekends, graduation, move-in weekends and other campus events.
