„Best location and very nice traditional vibes“

„Perfect location and super friendly staff“

„We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and ...

„All location , clean, services were excellent. Access to property should be improved Thanks“

„Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it“

The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.“

„Wunderbar, sehr sauber und schön“

„Worst experience ever, we were alone in the middle of nowhere, no security whatsoever, no personel on the grounds, no lobby no security guard, and 0 pivacy! Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. We couldnt sleep, we felt on edge all night feeling there is someone outside watching us, my wife was so frightened she couldn't sleep at all, anyone can come at night with a weapon and just do the inmaginable and no one would know about us. The bathroom is so ...
