„Ok stay, but would probably not stay there again. Considered as 4 Star Hotel however I would rate it at most 3 star. Breakfast rather basic Philipino food - quality rather on the low end. The most disturbing thing was that they cleaned various rooms at 11 pm in the evening with an incredible noise. Also, they cut the grass around the pool area after midnight which was an enormous noise. Only after complaining they stopped so. I would for the same price you might get a better option in this town. ...

„Das Lakehotel Tagaytaj ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf den Taal Vulkan. Es liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Insofern sollte man ein Zimmer zum Garten/Vulkan buchen. Angrenzend an das Hotel finden sich mehrere nette Restaurants und Café's. Die Hotelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und old fashioned, aber bequem/rustikal eingerichtet. Philippinisches Frühstück, leider kalt gereicht, in einem Ballsaal statt Restaurant. Schöner Pool mit phantastischer Aussicht. “

„Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and ...
