« I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. « The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice! »

« The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would point out is that it was three grown women sharing this unit and it’s advertise as a pull out coach and sleeps six. When we pulled the couch out it was more of a Futon and was uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on it. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.
