« Fabulous location. Close to some great bars and eateries. Place was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. View was incredible from the apartment and the shared patio. We used the BBQ which was clean but needs some maintenance for good cooking. Photos made it look bigger than it is, especially with our two adult children it was pretty tight and only three stools for the table but sleeps four. Easy parking and good communication. Would definitely stay again if just for two of us. »

« Great location, well appointed, and clean. We attended a wedding at Lido House Hotel, just a short scenic walk away (along with shops and restaurants). Street parking can be difficult in this area, so being able to walk was great as well as having a backup reserved driveway spot! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, everything worked perfectly. »

« I absolutely loved my stay here. I really needed a few days to get away, rest and unwind, and this ended up being exactly what I needed.The cottage was spotless, comfortable and so pretty. It has a beachy feel, but in a sophisticated, understated way. Nothing overdone or overly themed. It just feels light, relaxing and inviting.It’s part of a triplex, but I never heard my neighbors and it was incredibly peaceful. « We were initially worried about the location on the main road in San Clemente but it was actually quite quiet at night and with the bedroom window closed we didn’t hear anything. The benefit was that it was so nice to walk out onto the street and have everything within a short walk- coffee, shops and restaurants. The unit is well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again. »

"Très bon séjour au Balboa Bay Resort. L’hôtel est actuellement en cours de rénovation, notamment au niveau du lobby, dont les travaux devraient prochainement se terminer. Cela crée forcément quelques désagréments, mais le potentiel une fois les rénovations achevées est très intéressant. Mention spéciale au personnel, vraiment excellent : disponible, attentionné et professionnel, avec un vrai sens de l’accueil. La piscine est bien, mais elle mériterait probablement elle aussi une rénovation pour être pleinement au niveau du reste de l’établissement. J’imagine d’ailleurs que cela est prévu dans le cadre du programme de rénovation. L’emplacement est bon, même s’il n’est pas forcément le plus central pour profiter de Newport Beach à pied. Au global, une bonne expérience, avec surtout un personnel remarquable et un hôtel qui devrait gagner encore en qualité une fois les rénovations terminées."
