« Had everything you could possibly want! Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hot tub was awesome. We used the games, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds and linens were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Kitchen also had everything you need and want, even a multicooker. It was so nice to walk to dinner on Del Mar rather than trying to find a parking spot for our big car. We will definitely go back! Cathy and Pete were very friendly and helpful. They are pros! »

« While the host did make things right by fully refunding our stay, when we showed up to this listing it was in a completely uncleaned terrible state to the point we had to cancel and get a hotel. The cleaning crew had clearly not come, there was raw food sitting in the sink, smelled like weed, and there seemed to be electrical issues with a few of the lights/AC.Knew immediately walking in the door this wasn't going to work, and the listing photos are very inaccurate. »

« We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells...

« Location was great with outstanding walkability to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Place seemed clean and the outside rooftop was a great space. Keeping from 5 stars was tv was very old and offered limited streaming options. Washing machine only…no dryer. »

« Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and amazing location. We took numerous walks to the pier and beach even in the rain. Pete and Cathy provided us with some nice treats, they were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. »
