« A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells. »

« Loved the property and the amenities offered! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and absolutely amazing. The pools were also well-heated and very enjoyable. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected, they were fantastic nonetheless.
The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the overall fantasy-themed experience. I had expected the staff to embrace the fantasy element a little more, perhaps through themed uniforms, character interactions, and a more...

« The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. I asked the front desk the next day , why our room wasn't clean and he told me , I had to fill out a card. Lol so you can see how that...

« Patio door in the first room I was given didn’t lock. Front desk lady was really nice about it and got me another room. Neither room was particularly clean. Spots all over the walls. Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils.
