« Everything was good but the actual areas are a lot smaller than the images show (lagoon, tree climbing) . The location was perfect and the tree house and bathrooms were clean. My kids had a great time! »

« The only reason you're going to this property is to be at the water park. Well the indoor water park facilities are extremely dirty. This places have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are enormous brown spots on bottoms of every pool. The outdoor facilities were much cleaner but that pretty much meant that we were confined to those facilities. « The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site. »

« The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season. »

« Amazing location right on the lake. A minute or two walk to the beach or anything else downtown. No need to use your car unless you’re leaving the downtown area. Big parking lot behind the hotel which was nice to have since it gets busy here. The city people are moving around like they’re playing in game 5 of the finals, so do not try keeping your car parked on the street and have the meter run out, or you’ll likely have a ticket when you return. »

« Check before you go alot of the activities only run on the weekend and the weather plays a huge role on the amenities, we were kicked out of the pool multiple times inside and out. The arcade will take all your money and they will do nothing about it »
