« ⸻ Booked a spa resort for rest and got the opposite. We stay at hotels often and this is my first complaint—and it was that bad. Loud, chaotic environment—guests screaming until 5 AM, then nonstop slamming doors, carts hitting walls, and radios from housekeeping all day. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Overpriced, cold, soggy food with no microwave available. Management was worse—rude, accusatory response blaming us, then stopped responding altogether. Horrible. Would...

« Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. »

« We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. »
