« Great room close to the lake and shopping. The entire area was hit with damaging snow and ice all winter but the property owners must have worked extremely hard to keep up. The ice unit needs replaced, but besides that the beds were heaven, the parking lot was recently sealed and striped and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. »

« We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups. »

« Room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was decent but there was no hot tub 😢 The parking lot was sketchy. It needs replaced or patched. There were people working on cars (plural) in the parking lot and roaming around. I didn't feel very safe staying here. »

« The continental breakfast was outstanding. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The views of Lake Michigan and sunsets were incredible. »

« This is a beautiful historic old inn. Personally I love the historical structure and the neighborhood of Bayview is filled with the most charming victorian homes, most of which have exteriors unchanged by time! I do with the Terrace Inn would improve it's wifi. We have almost no cell reception there and the wifi just barely worked. »

« The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :) »

« Worst experience ever. Misleading information/photos posted. Room is nothing like advertised. Avoid days inn hotel at all costs. Breakfast was horrible. Milk was expired. Disgusting hotel room ever. »

« It was the little touches from the personalized note to wonderful selections of beverages and snacks in my room. The dinner menu, though brief, had variety. I had a new item, ricotta on sour dough toast.........it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, I will be sure to recommend. »
