Our hotel is located in a downtown historic area, our exterior is to match the style of the town, but I'm sorry that you didn't love the newly renovated rooms. Check in und so weiter lief einwandfrei. Wir bekamen unser Zimmer und mussten direkt feststellen dass dort nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Im Bett und auf dem Boden befanden sich noch überall Haare. Wir haben dann umgehend ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Da wir das neue Zimmer direkt neben an bekommen haben, konnten wir mitbekommen das unser reklamiertes Zimmer unmittelbar an die nächsten vermittelt wurde. Es wurde zwischenzeitlich nicht sauber gemacht. Auch das nächste Paar hat scheinbar das Zimmer nicht nutzen wollen, da der Pkw am Morgen woanders stand. Es ist ein altes in die Jahre gekommen das Motel. An sich absolut in Ordnung, wenn die Sauberkeit passen würde. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Mitarbeiter, der für das Frühstück zuständig war, war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Der Vorteil des Motels liegt an der Nähe des Bryce Canyon. Der Preis ist sehr günstig, aber wie oben beschrieben merkt man es.

Zoe was very hospitable at the front dest. I was able to park my truck and trailer right outside my door. Breakfast was okay. Traveling with dogs and needing pet friendly rooms, sometimes i gotta deal with flea infested rooms. My dogs have their flea and tick protection but i dont. Laying on the bed, i could feel them jumping all around 😮

Our website does mention in several locations including the landing page that it is an outdoor seasonal pool. We also have displayed photographs of the pool showing that it is an exterior pool. Stayed here on a whim on our way to SLC from LV instead of driving all the way thru. Check in was fast and easy! Breakfast was yummy and staff was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

For a 1 night stay it was fine. The weather was cold when we stayed, so we used the room heater. It was very noisy, making it not easy to sleep. The room itself was clean. Not the 8 stars I saw on the reviews.

Booked a queen room, got a double. Shower floor has holes in it. Toilet paper on back of toilet no roll holder. Room wasn’t very clean. Old and dated. Receptionist was amazing. Friendly courteous. Professional.
