This room also has direct access to the upper pool and has a standing balcony overlooking the pool, fort, garden and village. Moreover, as per the information received by the team at the hotel that they had not received any complaint/ feedback from you during the stay else they would have offered you another room as per the availability. Further, the lunch and dinner buffet includes a variety of dishes with a mixture of Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine including vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups, salads, starters, main courses, and various Indian and continental breads and desserts. As per the feedback received by the f&b manager, we always assign a dedicated team member and a Chef at the restaurant during the buffet. However, please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the F&B Manager and the Chef who shall ensure that similar feedback does not recur in the future and shall focus on enhancing the dining experience for greater guest delight. As per your reservation details, you had made the reservation for the Heritage Romance category room through the online travel portal. Hence, you were offered a room ( Kaath Mahal ) which comes under the same category. Please note that this is one of the most liked rooms under this category. This room has a private terrace with low sit out overlooking Hill, Village and swimming pool. Moreover, the team has not received any feedback regarding the room neither during the stay nor at the check-out.
