Our room was infested with ants! And we paid $334 for the night to get this extra feature. The front desk clerk sent up an "engineer" with a can of bug spray. The "engineer" immediately determined that his can was no match for the quantity of ants roaming about everywhere. At the engineers urging, the front desk guy magically found us another room when he previously claimed no other rooms where available. Thanks to this ordeal, we arived at the hotel at 11 pm, and got to bed at 1:00 AM. Expedia contacted the hotel for me, but the hotel manager REFUSED to issue any type of refund for the horror and inconvenience to us of this experience. And in a $334 room! No more Marriott properties for us!
