The Space:

This 1-bedroom apartment combines traditional Belfast character with modern touches, creating a comfortable base for exploring the city. The apartment has a double bedroom and a separate living area with comfortable seating, providing somewhere to relax after a day out. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and kitchenware, while a washing machine is also provided. You'll also have a dining area, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a dedicated workspace.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire 1-bedroom apartment throughout your stay. The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift in the building.



The Neighborhood:

University Street is located in the heart of Belfast's Queen's Quarter, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars and independent businesses. Botanic Avenue is just a short walk away, while Queen's University, Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum are all nearby. Belfast Empire Music Hall is also only a few minutes away on foot, making this a particularly convenient location for guests attending concerts and events. Belfast city centre is approximately a 20-minute walk away.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well positioned for exploring Belfast on foot. Botanic Avenue, Queen's University, Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum and Belfast Empire Music Hall are all within easy walking distance, while Belfast city centre is approximately 20 minutes away on foot.



Botanic Train Station is nearby, and regular bus services operate from the surrounding streets, providing connections to other parts of Belfast and beyond. On-street parking may be available in the surrounding area, but spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

Please read our Additional Rules carefully before booking. The minimum age for guests is 25, unless the booking is for a family.



After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



The apartment is located within a residential building, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Please also note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift.

We're a small local team and are available every day from 9am–5pm. You'll receive clear arrival instructions before your stay, along with a helpful Guidebook with information about the property and local area. As the apartment operates with self-check-in, you won't need to meet a member of our team on arrival, but we're always happy to answer questions or help with anything you may need during your stay.
