« We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. »

« The house was very nice and in a great location for us. We came to do some hiking and the home was in a quiet neighborhood and located near the trailheads. We were able to walk to several restaurants in the evening which was quite nice. The home was clean and comfortable. »

« Easy to book; friendly staff; keycard entry; clean cabin and porch; quiet; grounds well kept; kitchen had all needed items ( maybe add a toaster) ; screened in porch ; air and fan. Good cell reception , pretty lake ; good location »

« We stayed here for one night. The place was definitely under a remodel. Furniture in the halls, things needing repair, it suficed for a night to get some sleep and a shower. Cant say much more. Far from impressed. »

« Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very nice and personable. The mountain view room was perfect for our stay and so cute. The cafe downstairs had some incredible food and the whole place was a lot of fun. Would definitely come back in the warmer months to use the courtyard and pickleball. Highly recommend Pickle and Perk! The location is also close to a lot of historical and natural landmarks. »

« Cozy!! Loved the deck, loft bedroom, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was roomy, fire pit area was great, very clean and so cutely decorated. Host responded promptly with any questions we had. Great place to unwind and be still and star gaze. Close to 3 great state parks we visited. And a Casey's close by for any last minute needs! So peaceful. Pet friendly too. Highly Recommend! »

« I've taken a couple of weeks to cool off before writing this review. First, the house itself and grounds are nice/fine, but I have nothing else positive to say. The house was INFESTED with ladybugs and flies, and when I notified the owner during our stay it was clear that they knew about this, and offered to come over and sweep. NOT OK. I subsequently mentioned that we were low on paper products (two rolls of installed toilet paper, and one bonus roll were provided. And one roll of paper...
