„Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.“

„Very happy with our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Easy to get to Bentonville. Highly recommend.“

„Exceptionally clean, wonderful balconies, the community is terrific (hiking, playgrounds, pools, etc.)“

„This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. „Quiet surroundings; comfy family area furnishings, beds & pillows; nice deck overlooking the woods; nice amenities and large screen TV; perfect for our group of 5; booking was easy and host was responsive“

„the ac was not working the first night and the inside temp was in 90 degrees so had to get motel rooms for the first night. one fine bnb. only offered 30% off first night and then didn't even issue the refund after they said they would.it has now been over a month of waiting. so posting a bad review to warn others. had to get vrbo involved and vrbo did awesome by refunding the service fee so off set the cost. if it wasnt for one fine bnb this place would get 5 stars.“

„Had everything needed for a comfortable stay!“

„Wonderful rental. Host was flexible regarding our small pets. Host also quickly communicated and responded to our question and requests. Nice stay for our week of house hunting.“

„Beautiful home. Host supplied coffee and sugar…even the powdered cream would have been a nice touch“
