« Overpriced for what you get, though Francesco and the staff were excellent At €165 a night, we expected far more. We booked a studio but were given a standard room with a bed and a sofa squeezed into the corner, right next to reception. The bathroom was the worst of it. There was mould, the shower flooded the entire floor, and the toilet flush was broken. To their credit, the staff responded immediately and fixed what they could. Their promptness can't be faulted. But no amount of good service...

« Great location. Clean property. »

« We had a lovely stay, views were breathtaking. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Very close to bellagio ferry port so easy to get around the lake como. »

« What a great place to stay! It was convenient to everything without being too close to the congestion of Bellagio. The pizza place across the street was convenient and great too. Highly recommend. »

« The location is unbeatable—right at the bottom of Bellagio’s famous staircase. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the live music. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived. A few things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning. During the record-breaking heat wave it was brutal. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air, which also let in flies, spiders, and other bugs. This may not be an issue during cooler months, but it’s worth...

« We love the location being in the central area of Bellagio and having a view of the lake from outside. Dad was pretty comfortable and stopped with a couple of towels and a couple of pods for making coffee. Unfortunately, there were so whole things that were concerning bed was covered with a plastic covering, and you stuck to it. It needed washing. Kitchen was missing a lot of items such as knives and spatula, and there were no pot holders. You had to get down on your knees from the bathtub to...

« Beautiful and surprisingly spacious apartment, wonderful views from two windows and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. But don't bring a big car, as you have to drive through a narrow entrance to the property. »

« Excellent place to stay, lot of space and all accomodation was great! »
