„We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!“

„What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.“

„The property was clean and comfortable. The deer playing in the field across the road was a nice sight sipping morning coffee.“

„Beautiful property. Owner responded very quickly to questions and resolved problem quickly. Seems pricey. We enjoyed our time there. Very quiet.“
