« It hot tub wasn’t working and the pool temperature was very cold. There were no towels at the pool. I had to get towels from the desk. We had 4 people staying in the room and there was only 3 towels in the room. »

« Smelled room dirty sink clogged extra bed not comfortable coils coming out . They would not switch us to a double bed for even one out of the 2 king rooms we booked . They would refund the 2 nd day stay even though we let them know all these issues at 4 am and checked out at 8 am. »

« No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. »

« The decor is lovely. The staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Note of caution is that any info once you are in the room must be accessed by QR codes. It’s all very modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were perfect. »
