„Our 2 bedroom villa was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen and gorgeous outdoor space around a private pool. The indoor outdoor shower in the master bedroom was amazing. This villa has separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Having a washer/dryer was a nice bonus. These villas are situated in a gated community on top of a hill overlooking the Maya flats about 15 minutes outside Xunantunich. You definitely need AWD to access your villla. „We were a very last minute booking and Mark, Sabrina and Dean bent over backwards to make our stay easy, fun and comfortable. They are around when you need them but not at all overbearing. The house is super clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. We rented golf carts (arranged by dean and delivered within minutes) and it was so fun to cruise around. All of the tours they arranged were fabulous. Hopkins and Sitter River are so great. We’ll be back!“

„We loved everything about Rio Mantra. It is a great place to land each night after exploring the wonders of San Ignacio and area. We even cooked in one night. We spent most of our time outside by the pool listening to the sounds of the jungle. A toucan came by several days and a family of parrots made a playful racket. It was great!“

The property manager, Juan, was on site 24/7 for any issues and is an incredible person. You are a bit isolated from traditional vacation commerce, but given the awesome property, you didn’t even want to leave. A rental car made all the difference so that we could drive into town for groceries and your the countryside.“

„I spent a few days here with my family. The area is beautiful, safe and quiet. My son loves the pool. The house is so unique and had everything needed to enjoy time there. If you are thinking of staying here, I'd recommend getting groceries before you arrive as the house is not close to any dining or grocery, but this is what we were looking for. „The white orchid villa was an amazing place to spend our 10 days in Belize. The location is quiet and calm, letting you enjoy nature to the fullest! We saw and heard many many birds. „good location to town, but the neighborhood was really noisy at nights (the dogs barking woke us up every night several times) and the windows are not made to keep any sound out. The refrigerator was broke for our entire 5 night stay. We had the use of the dorm size fridge from the lower level but that was not sufficient for a family of 6 for 5 nights, in particular over Christmas when markets were closed for 2 days in a row. „If you are looking for a good size house right on the beach this is it. The house and the beach in front of it were extremely clean. There were four adult men in our group and each of us had a good size bed to sleep in. Also, with three bathrooms and a kitchen we were set up beautifully. I totally would stay here again.“
