The house was adequate for our needs. The EV charger was nice to have. The problem wasn’t with the house, it was dealing with the rental company, iTrip Vacation Northwest. Our first day, we discovered the kitchen sink was profusely leaking and we contacted the rental company immediately. I texted and called the company for several hours before finally hearing back. They stated they would someone out. We couldn’t use the sink or the dishwasher due to not knowing the actual problem and not wanting to cause any damage to the home. We returned to the home late that night and hadn’t received a notification from the rental company re: the sink. We noticed items under the sink had been moved so we thought all was fixed. We started our late dinner and quickly realized that the sink was still leaking and we had to stop. We had to travel 60 minutes to get take out. I contacted the rental company several more times over the course of our stay with minimal effort on their part (we also had issues with the cooling system shutting off for several hours during 90 degree heat and slow drains, which were never addressed by the company). The sink was never fixed during our stay, which altered our plans significantly. When we asked for compensation due to our extra expenses, the company offered 100 and blamed it on the homeowner. We will never rent a home with this rental company again.
