Overlooking the course on hole 13, it features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, media room, and work desk. After a day on the green, unwind in the hot tub or by the firepit. The Space:

The home’s main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, double vanity bathroom, standalone soaking tub, and walk-in closet. A second queen bedroom and separate full bathroom are also on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large game/media room with an oversized L-shaped futon-style couch, along with a third queen bedroom and another full bathroom.

Guest Access:

The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the owners community pool if desired to use. Please note there is a locked fourth bedroom reserved for the homeowner’s personal belongings, as well as their personal car will be parked in the garage. One parking spot is yours to use in the garage.

We’re local residents and available to assist with any needs during your stay, but we respect your privacy and won’t disturb you unless you reach out.
