We have rented homes and stayed in SunRiver many times for our annual Dad/Sons fishing trip since 2006. Our Dad passed away some years ago and we decided to schedule a stay for a reunion trip with the 4 adult brothers. This home is by far the most spectacular one we have ever seen or stayed at. The architecture, finishes, quality, incredible master suite, breathtaking family room with ultra high vaulted ceilings which is wide open to the kitchen is amazing. The family fireplace was easy to use as was the spa. The owners were incredibly communicative and supportive with front end instructions, during our stay and also on our check out date. They were very helpful with a few household items which needed attention and were right on top of them. We really appreciated this level of care and attention towards ensuring we had a fabulous and memorable experience. The home is also super convenient to the SunRiver stores, Starbucks and also we made the easy trek to Bend for fabulous dinners at Bosa and Rancher Butcher Chef and back. This home stands out above the rest and we would give it and the hosts 6 stars if we could.

50th Anniversary

This is a great property, it felt like a 5 star resort. Our group ranged from 2 to 74 years and everyone enjoyed the stay. 12 SHARC passes allowed full access to the HOA pool and rec center. The Kitchen was spacious with 2 dishwashers. All cooking equipment was supplied. Everything in the house worked as it should. The owner (also manager) is very responsive. While we were there, an irrigation drip line broke and was creating a mud puddle near the back patio. He had his landscaper there to repair it the next morning.

Top of the line and attention to detail

Just an overall beautiful house in one of my favorite neighborhoods. By far one of the best houses I’ve stayed at in a long time for a bunch of people. Plenty of room for 14 guys, amenities were great, and owner was response, proactive, and attentive. Steam shower, grill, stove, cooking utensils, and beds were great additions. As someone who love to cook the flat top griddle for the stove and grill we’re great. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again

Amazing winter getaway

We are a group of 11 lifelong friends that take an annual new years ski trip. This may have been the best one yet. Everything about this house was amazing from the common space, a kitchen that was a delight to cook in, a fun media room for a poker game, extra comfortable beds to extremely communicative hosts. 10/10 this was an absolute delight of a property.

Family getaway

Amazing!

The house was amazing! It was great space for 12 people who were mostly unrelated. The kitchen was great for cooking and serving a large group and there was plenty of space for people to get away by themselves if they wanted to we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, packed with amenities and activities

The house was very comfortable and easily absorbed our group of 11- aged 2 to 71- with room to spare. Double dishwashers was an invaluable amenity, as was the game room in close proximity to the kids’ room. Everything we needed was provided, from bikes with locks and helmets, pool passes and towels, to toys and games for kids and adults alike. There was something for everyone in our group, and we did not want for anything! The location was perfect for biking to all SunRiver attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, and the checkin process a breeze. We would definitely return to this spot!

Family Reunion

We absolutely loved staying at this elegant lodge. It was beautiful, inviting, and provided everything we needed from kitchen accessories to children's books and games and bicycles to pickle ball equipment. All ages enjoyed our stay. It was in an ideal location, on a quiet circle and next to Fort Rock Park.

Beautiful Home

This house is beautiful, spacious and perfect for a family gathering. Something to do for all ages. The kids loved the movie room X box (both teens and toddlers), the adults enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong and pool table. Loved the location next to Fort Rock Park, where everyone enjoyed pickle ball (paddles and balls at house) and the kids loved the swings,etc. I almost forgot about the bikes, which were used a great deal. We loved our stay and hopefully will return in the future!!

Awesome vacation home

Everything was wonderful, including all amenities, the space and area the outdoor and fairly close to all of the village. Tennis and Pickleball courts right by us wonderful games to play beautiful kitchen to work in. We cooked every night and just truly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anybody.

Amazing Home and Host in Sunriver

We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful home. The home was designed perfectly. The floorplan, the decor and added touches throughout made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. All the adult couples had plenty of space and privacy to be relaxed and the kids LOVED the bunk room and media room. The home was just like staying at a five star hotel, clean, comfortable and nice amenities throughout. We used and enjoyed the bikes, the passes for the pool and the kids loved playing cards nightly at the poker table. Communication with the homeowner was welcoming and kind. We accidently left one set of our rental car keys and they made arrangements to mail them to our next destination. We have rented various homes in Sunriver over the last few years but by far this one was our favorite!

Our December Family Gathering

Description and photos of this home did not disappoint. We had such a blast staying in this beautiful and most important clean and sanitary home! Very spacious and action packed for all ages. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The jacuzzi was a pleasure in the evening. We will definitely be back and cannot wait. Aaron was very polite and quick to answer any questions on messaging. Our Early Thanksgiving

The drive here was breathtaking, arriving at the home was even better. The views you get from all the windows just stunning. Our family is so blessed that we got this house. The furniture was so pretty and flowed so well that we tried to find the maker. The hosts responded within seconds with any questions/concerns anything. They were so kind and we’d love to come back here again. But next time we’re hoping for a longer stay, 3 nights isn’t enough :) Our family admired this house every minute in it. Amazing Home!

This home is exactly as advertised and is amazing! We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces, which were complimented with technology throughout. The house is centrally located right next to Fort Rock Park and there were plenty of bikes for everyone. The communication was stellar before, during, and after our stay. Amazing Home

Our trip to Central Oregon was for a family vacation. Your home could not have suited us better. We cooked all of our meals at home and it was the central hub for bike rides, pickle ball and ping pong and pool in the garage at night. The central location in Sunriver was so nice for everyone! Well-appointed Home in Great Sunriver Location

My husband and I stayed at Alpine Lodge with our adult children, nephews and both sets of parents - a total of 13 of us. It was the perfect place for a family gathering, especially if you enjoy the outdoors! We used all of the adult bikes (8 of them), biking all over the area on the extensive trails. We also spent time at the SHARQ recreation center, played Pickleball, Bocce and frisbee golf and took full advantage of ping pong, the pool table and the jacuzzi at the house. Not to mention all the board games! It really was perfect for our very active young adults, and lovely for our parents to enjoy the beauty of the area. The house features all high-quality appliances and decor. Very clean and new, very well labeled, and all of the instructions for use are thorough and easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again and already have recommended the home to other family members. Finally, I have to say the property owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and very easy to communicate with. Really, the perfect vacation rental experience!
