With three bedrooms, a bonus room above the garage, a private hot tub, and eight cruiser-style bikes, this welcoming home gives families and friends plenty of space to settle in and enjoy Central Oregon at their own pace.

The open living area feels relaxed and inviting, with comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, DVD player, and gas fireplace creating a natural gathering place after a day outdoors. Central air conditioning keeps summer stays comfortable, while the fully stocked kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners simple.

Bedroom One features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom Two offers a king bed and a comfortable retreat for couples or family members. Bedroom Three also features a king bed, giving the home an especially generous sleeping arrangement for groups traveling together.

Upstairs Bonus Room
The bonus room above the garage includes four twin beds and a Smart TV, creating an easy hangout for kids, teens, or extra guests who want a space of their own.

When there is still energy to spare, gather for a friendly round of ping pong before heading outside for the next adventure.

Eight adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver's extensive network of paved pathways, whether you are heading out for a morning ride or simply wandering beneath the pines with nowhere particular to be.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
