« Great location, gorgeous building and rooms were very pretty. Had issues closing the bathroom door because it kept getting stuck in the frame which makes sense in an old house but wish it was something that was taken care of. Service at front desk was lukewarm and not very welcoming. »

« The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel. »

« Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. The room itself was superb: modern, clean, a comfortable bed, and a private roof deck. The commercial area outside the hotel is noisy until 9:00 pm or so -- and probably much later in the summer (I came during the off...

« Its a weird place, I was the only person there that I know of. Staffing was very limited. This was all fine for a single male, in discussing with my wife who did not come, she stated that she likely would not have stayed. If sparse staff was communicated in the listing, I missed it, that could be just me. Otherwise, it was all good, clean, convenient, everything functional. »

« We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional. »

« Hotel tres au calme,tres propre pres des restaurants et des bateaux pour se rendre à Marta'swyneyard qui est magnifique (8,5 Dollars allée/retour ou Boston,)chambre tres grande mais ancienne.Nous n avions pas de chauffage et avons eu froid la premiere nuit,on a demandé des couvertures pour la nuit suivante.La vue de la chambre est magnifique! »
