Contrate una habitación con cama doble y me dieron camas separadas, segun es tema disponibilidad, pero bien me cobraron la doble, el baño olía mal, no recomiendo en el desayuno los huevos revueltos, están terribles.

Only stayed 1 night after arriving on a late night flight. Check in was simple and the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Had a family room which was perfect for 4 of us. It was made up of 2 massive bedrooms so plenty of space. Location right on the beach but nice and quiet. Decor is great. Looks a bit tired in bathrooms n other areas but it was perfectly clean. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again.

Overall thought this was good value for money. Nice location. Rooms okay, have all you need including a mini fridge and you can have a kettle if you ask for one. I had no problems with reception or room service but when I went to breakfast on the morning there were no glasses or cups to have a drink in and no attempt made by staff to provide one after I asked.

Just a 2 night stay over in Benidorm. Didnt use any hotel facilities apart from the romm but the room was very spacious and clean. Excellent value for money, great location for old town and would stay again

Improvement needed.
Hotel needs more staff for cleaningness..Breakfast area dirty walls, dust on the lights, floor.. don t feel welcoming for breakfast. Feel sorry for the only staff who was running around in the morning Food that was supposed to be warm was cold..we had the breakfast and skip the second one as concerned on hygiene food safety. Otherwise room are ok and great location.

Ha sido una estancia de larga duración donde tuvimos que estar los primeros 2 días en una habitación de inferior precio e instalaciones a las que habíamos reservado con mucha antelación, reparamos en que el desayuno tenía productos que no eran frescos y la limpieza cumplía lo justo.. lo mejor, la ubicación y la accesibilidad, seguramente nos lo pensaremos mejor la próxima vez..

This hotel likes to dictate how you act. There are no reading lights available so if you do not have an electronic device you can't read in bed . Also they have chosen a TV package with only one English speaking channel. The lifts are very slow and unless you are lucky enough to get a sea view then view is of someone's bedroom two meters away

Stayed in a sea view room with large terrace. Beautuful view. Room was large and clean with good comfortable bed. Relatively basic room but nice. The terrace was great except the paint was very weathered and flaking off the terrace doors. There were also black marks on the sun loungers which put me off. Appreciate its difficult as they are outside. Enjoyed our stay.

Situación muy buena, a 1 minuto del centro y de la playa. Está muy cerca de todo. El desayuno muy completo, la habitación es amplia y el personal muy amable. El plato de ducha no estaba en muy buen estado, haría falta un mantenimiento. Tampoco había presión de agua en la ducha. Además, como recomendación en las fechas de diciembre-enero-febrero es necesario una colcha de invierno, se pasa frío por la noche. De todas formas, volvería a este hotel.

Great Location - Great views and Very Clean.
Easy to find right on the seafront. Check-in was good and professional in a nice reception area that really sets the tone around pop art. The room was very clean although quite small as was the bed - BUT the balcony and sea\beach view more than made up for this. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and surprisingly varied. I would stay again but keep it to a couple of days with the space issue - Great for a short break!

Lovely staff .Breakfast very limited if you like hot food. Tea coffee machine inadequate for number of people wanting to use it. We ate out for Breakfast. Room clean and comfortable air-conditioned very poor.

Kamer zonder deftig raam
Nette kamer, maar wij hadden er eentje zonder raam. Het enige raam dat er was, was volledig in melkglas en keek uit op de binnenkoer van 4 m² waar alle buizen van ventilatie en dergelijke passeerden. Ook de airco stond aan dit raam waardoor we het lawaai ervan hoorden de hele nacht. Het leek alsof het buiten aan het stormen was. De douche had ook niet genoeg druk op het water.

El hotel está bien pero la limpieza de las habitaciones y el estado general de las instalaciones podría mejorar. El desayuno buffet es mejorable. El servicio por parte de los trabajadores fue de 10 eso si.
