AMAZING LOCATION.
Brilliant accomodation. Only 2 things stopped me from leaving a full 5 stars. The pool was filthy, sadly this wasn’t cleaned efficiently and was left slimey and the second thing was the double bed was a folded sofa bed. Not a fan. Location is amazing. Comms are amazing and I’m told by the staff there you can opt for a double bed prior to booking. Overall 4.5/5 stay. Sort the pool though lol.

Fantastic apartments right in the strip (above Stardust). Corrine messaged me before our arrival to ensure they would have everything ready for us. Dorian was on site to check us in. Don't have a bad word to say, great people, great rooms, great location. Hope to see you guys again.

Mycket som inte stämde
Generellt väldigt nöjda mer vår vistelse! Jätte trevlig värd som alltid var hjälpsam och trevlig. Rummet var välstädat och poolområdet var bra. Dock så var det mycket som inte stämde med informationen vi hade fått innan. Ingen balkong eller uteplats vilket var en besvikelse. Hårtork och mikro saknades också. Lite tråkigt när när man förväntar sig det. Men annars är vi nöjda!! Extra plus för läget, nära strand och en liten promenad till ”Old Town” med massvis av bra restauranger!

A very good stay, from checking in to leaving, reception very helpful with help for free parking close by & what was on around us, we had a studio on the 11th floor the only floor with a terrace & the room was very nice, clean well laid out, comfortable bed, kitchen minimal, hotplate fridge microwave, but enough for most, Spanish & UK channels on TV,

We were a bit disappointed as we were expecting a balcony/terrace. Our room was quite small compared to others. However, it was clean and everything we needed for our stay. It's in a great location and staff are friendly.

Hotel owners are great, very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed our stay was here for a 40th birthday, position is perfect for the nightlife, restaurants, beach , downtown benidorm, could not fault this. Picture on hotels .com must be for the penthouse room as this was not was received at check in but the apartment was clean and small touches made it better than most. Improvements could of been a balcony, not all the rooms had the same features. We had a blue tooth system on the room which was handy but not in the. Others within the group. Pool was not heated and sun was in area from 1pm till about 4pm, so good for afternoon sunbathing however not a huge area so can get cramped. Noise is heard from the nightclubs below but being lads this did not interfere too much with sleeping. Overall pros, great location to everything required, cons : pool and size

What a hidden gem! You are not paying Dorchester money, so don't expect the Dorchester. We booked a reasonable priced apartment for a short break, and got so much more than we expected. The location, and Corina the manageress are what make this place what it is. We planned on a few days of parties and beers, and this place was perfect for us. Make no mistake; if we go to Benidorm again, this is where we will be staying.

Great for nights out, but not for children
The best part about My Pretty Payma is Corina, who is the manager. I have to say, she's one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in staying in hotels around the world, period. She was just amazing and I can't say enough nice things. Quick responses, honest, helpful, trustworthy, just overall great. That said, the property wasn't for us, but that wasn't their fault. It's in a nightlife area of Benidorm, and it's ideal for a group of young people who are spending a few nights out on the town, especially for people from the UK that are celebrating a hen or stag party. That's sort of their niche, groups of friends that are going out to the bars in Benidorm. This property is sort of between some very nice hotels like the Don Pancho and some other resorts. It has a pool which is perfectly fine, the apartments have great views and some are pretty spacious, with kitchen, large hallways, large windows. Stereo system with good speakers, television, air conditioner, things like that. Our issue is that we went with dogs and children thinking it was a family environment, and it just isn't. The neighborhood is all bars, downstairs is a strip club, nightlife. Again, that's not the fault of My Pretty Payma, it's just Benidorm. For a group of friends say age 18 to 30 going out at night, this is a pretty good choice.
