Decks to sit on and fencing for privacy. the location of the house and the maintenance of the house was perfect and immaculate. The location felt secluded (though there are other homes there), was not hard to find and was close to many attractions, restaurants and market. The roads were just as described. We had a small SUV and were able to get through the last stretch without issues. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and well appointed.
