« The property manager did a great job communicating with us, but we were unable to resolve a significant issue, even after he had people come clean the house during our stay. When we checked in, and started to unpack our belongings, we noticed a smell of urine. The smell came from the master bedroom and was more potent the more we turned on the fan. Dewayne was great to communicate with and did all that he could to remediate the urine smell, including sending cleaners mid week, but the smell...

« We were able to enjoy the poolside seating, the pool warmed up and the hot tub was a big hit with our family. The outdoor fireplace kept us comfy on our cool evenings. The kitchen was well supplied with everything from condiments to appliances. We loved all the coffee bar choices. The shuffleboard and air hockey were great fun too. »

« We slept very well in this cozy cottage and enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen. We liked being near downtown as well as being just a short distance from Cochise Lake where we went birdwatching twice. We sat on the front porch and it felt like being in homes that we had had in our childhoods. We played games at the dining room table and watched TV from a comfortable double recliner in the living room. Highly recommended! »

« The views were impressive. The home was well-appointed and had everything you could need to have a great stay. The driveway is steep; thank goodness it was not raining, I can only imagine the slipping you would do trying to get up the driveway (typical for Tucson mountain homes). »
