Long weekend for family wedding
This property is an excellent choice to enjoy the downtown Bentonville area, is exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding so having a comfortable place to relax, get ready and close to everything was extremely important - Casa Kincannon did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the house is pristine clean. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Perfect location for us! A short walk to Bentonville Square and activities. My sister and I enjoyed the comfortable and well designed property. I actually could have spent a couple more days reading/perusing all the interesting books and just enjoying being in the space! Wonderful host and place!
My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The loft is in a great location/neighborhood - easy walking distance to restaurants and the town square. It was a short bike ride to Compton Gardens and Crystal Bridges. My wife commented about the thoughtfulness of accommodations - the loft had everything we needed. Great stay!

The PERFECT place!
The location was awesome. The owner was amazing. The town/area was incredible. Beautiful apartment. The space was so inviting and comfortable. EVERY amenity is there. High end Nespresso machine provided, with such a great variety and plethora of coffee - including several bottles of flavored syrups. Games provided for you to enjoy. Snack bars, wine, water, a beer sample, suckers are just a few things that greeted us on our arrival. If you forgot anything - the owner has it provided for you. Literally anything. We never even had to unpack our phone chargers - they had them in every single area. Huge wall mounted TV was in the perfect location. Two comfortable queen beds, walk-in closet, immaculate shower and bathroom. Washer and dryer provided made it really convenient. We could have never left the place and been completely satisfied. Books galore! Some great local reference material provided as well. There is not one single thing we'd want to change about this. My wife told me that if we were ever back in the area, if we were going to be within an hour of this place, she would book it no matter what. Pictures are a very accurate description of the property.

Studio C was in a perfect location. Short walk to anywhere I wanted to go for food. Place was very clean and well stocked with all the basics. My husband and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved this place. It was a little big farther from downtown than we would prefer but it was super quiet which was nice. Everything was so special about this place. Every single detail was thought out. I really enjoyed the games that were provided and all the special touches like the coffee, snacks, and wine. Perfection, and I'm not exaggerating.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Studio C for my birthday celebration with my boyfriend, and it was perfect! From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay amazing. The rental had everything a person could possibly need – and more! The thoughtful touches made it clear that the hosts truly care about creating a memorable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated with cool art, interesting books and cozy blankets. The location was perfect. Being within walking or biking distance to everything made everything so easy. The host provided us with a ton of recommendations for where to go, what to eat/drink, even which trails to take on the bikes. This property and host exceeded all expectations!
