« We loved the house and the neighborhood! Craftsman style is one of our favorite kinds of architecture! And being able to walk to Dickson Street is wonderful. The house was very clean and the small details, like the towel swan on the bed, were very charming. The bottle of wine and snacks were also a very welcoming touch, and the screened in porch is so nice. We look forward to staying here again. »

« Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!We have stayed in several Bella Vista, AR VRBOs over the last 18 months, and this has been by far the best. Great location, well maintained with a great divided floor plan, large garage, and nice deck. Everything worked well including WIFI. Includes both drip and Keurig coffee pods with filters and pods provided. Full washer/Dryer; laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided as well. All the comforts most owners avoid. Host provided excellent communication...

« The house is beautiful and the views from every window are gorgeous! The two fireplaces were enjoyed by all. The hot tub was very inviting and relaxing. My favorite room was the enclosed porch. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The garage was well equipped to work on bikes and get in a quick game of ping pong. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely patient with all of my questions. »
