nothing around it at all. people were very nice. fitness center was very old and lights would not stay on. elevator was broken? very very few food choices and noisy doors.

Thank you for staying with us. The fitness center has a timed light switch with variable times of 5, 10, 30, and 60 minutes. As far as the elevator, we are awaiting an Otis technician to come to the property to fix the phone line. I cannot say enough about the staff or the shuttle service. Two members of the staff helped us get our luggage in our daughter's car. My husband is recovering from surgery, and without their kind help, we would never have been able to make it all work. Many, many thanks!

Nice place to stay. Only reason I did not give 5 stars, because fan/light combo in bathroom was too loud. No way to turn off noise without turning off light in bathroom too.

Handy to the airport and had free shuttle. Did experience hold up at check in- the receptionist lady was not that friendly and looked bothered that my booking through Expedia was giving her problems with putting through payment. Then something about incidental extra deposit that I could get back upon check out - confusing! And she didn’t seem to want to take time explaining

Convenient to airport and free shuttle was a big plus. Furniture and decor very dated but except for one spot in bathroom very clean. Everything worked well and was well arranged.

Arrived 5am on Sunday morning, left the property came back at 6pm and housekeeping didn’t even clean my room and the sheets were so dirty it looked like there was a huge urine stain. I had to switch rooms and am getting a run around about comping me for Saturday night

First room had a musty odor with water on the floor near AC, second room had a bathroom door that had a 1 inch gap at top of hinged side and could not close on the other, stained up upholstery , dirty room, smelled bad and body wash container was empty. I have never written a review before but this place needed one.

Hotel is looking a little worn and could use some upkeep. For example, loose floorboards in our room and the tub didn’t work properly. But, it was a very quiet room, friendly staff and nice shuttle to airport at 4 am. Overall a good stay!

It's an airport hotel. Good for the airport but there's nothing else around. So if you're visiting the area for a few days may want to be closer to town.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The room was a clean, average, hotel room, as I had expected. It met my expectations and needs. It was good value for the cost. The free shuttle to and from the nearby airport was very convenient. There aren't any dining options nearby so you will need to have transportation or order delivery.

The hotel is close to airport and a little out of town, so we had to drive to find a restaurant for dinner. But it was clean, quiet, rooms good size, we enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast was good.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The main water line for the city of Bentonville collapsed last night. Water service was restored to the hotel within an hour.

They have bed bugs and still charged us for our 5 rooms. The 5 rooms were supposed to all be $115 through Expedia however once we checked it only 3 rooms were $115 another one I was charged $125 and the another one was $140. All 5 rooms were the exact same room on the same floor. Whenever we found the bed bugs the hotel maintenance men and housekeeper said yep that’s bed bugs for sure and said they would notify the manager. The manager said that’s weird that’s never happened here before. We should have received a refund. I did not have the time to argue with him as my family and I were on the way to a funeral. We will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again anywhere. Not only are we out of over $500 on the rooms but at least $1000 or more in all of our belongings that we had to throw away.

I would like to clarify. Regarding the room rates, you booked these rooms through Expedia and the rate per room is based on what you agreed to with Expedia at the time of your booking. The hotel has no control over the rates guests pay when booking through a third party. Secondly, you reported finding a single insect on the bed. When maintenance arrived to confirm, the guests were sitting on the bed with the insect on the bed. There were not several bugs as you've indicated. You also stated that if there was a bug in one room then there were bugs in the other rooms as well. The manager also informed you that she would not make any decision on refunds until a certified pest control agent came and inspected the rooms. After inspection, the pest control agent reported that he did not find any insects, nor, did he find any evidence that there were bed bugs in any of the rooms.

No one ever indicated that not only was it isolated but they offer NO ASSISTANCE with shuttle services or anything else. There is no restaurant service within or even nearby. Cab services cost as much as a car rental

We do not travel to surrounding communities to pick up guests and bring them to the hotel which is why you needed cab services. While we are isolated with our location, there are several food delivery options available to hotel guests.

The hotel was very nice and quiet and clean. There was a Dollar General nearby and it was near the airport. To dine you had to drive at least 15 - 20 minutes back into town, but other than that, it was a very nice place. We would stay there again!
