« Hotel is in the midst of renovations but double rooms/ beds are not large enough to share unless you were a toddler maybe. And at least one of the beds had a dip in it. So I guess… it was cool to sleep in a bed from when the hotel opened in the early 1900s but it was far from comfortable. »

« Outdoor firepit, with tons of seating. Great pool with a deep end for those who like to play. Sauna, cold plunge, were some of my favorite things. Pickleball court and hammocks hanging from the trees. Didn't use the spa but looked very nice and if we had more time would have used it. Room was clean and looked to be newly renovated (if it wasn't it looked well taken care of.) All in all it was a great place. Then you take into account the cost per night and it makes it even more of deal. ...

« The room was clean and all was in good repair. The location was close to Hot Springs (less than 15 minute drive), but on the shore of the lake, which was enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues I had with the property were that there was no freezer in the fridge and the TV was a bit confusing to operate. Overall, it was a good place to stay at a fair price. If I were able,I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. »

« Personnel à l’accueil très aimable. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Piscine sympa et super petit déjeuner buffet. Seul problème, nous avions une chambre communicante des 2 côtés et nos voisins de la 1068 ont laissé leur télévision avec le son à fond jusqu’à plus de minuit…. Malgré notre demande, ils ont baissé le volume mais pas suffisamment. Ceci n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais je n’aime pas les chambres communicantes car il n’y a aucune insonorité. »

« Personnel détestable qui nous a refusé l accès à nos chambres car notre fils avait 20 ans. La responsable a refusé de nous indemniser à minima afin que nous puissions nous reloger. Le personnel de sécurité quant à lui a été très professionnel et à l écoute. Très grosse frustration »
