« I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s gone down pretty bad. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was nice but the other ladies at the desk were rude. The room was filthy. Dust all around the baseboards and lamps. It smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I wasn’t comfortable even sleeping nor bathing in there. The elevator was broken the entire stay. It was a complete mess. The only good thing was breakfast. The buffet is very good and the staff in there...

« Checked in, went to my room. Looking for a plug in and moved the bed, and found dirty diapers used condoms and a bunch of trash. Very disgusting. »

« I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children. »
