Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr zweckmässig mit kleinen praktischen Details. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse einfach fantastisch. Das Frühstück vielseitig und lecker.

Do not provide service until you are ready
We came to stay in this hotel when it just opened. While the stuff is friendly and the room nice, the numerous annoying things that we have to suffer from make me hesitant to recommend this hotel. Apparently, it is still not ready to receive guests. This stay was not worth my money. (1) The TV was not set up and there was the instruction booklet how to install the tv still in the room. Should I install the TV ? (2) There were no towels in the room, so I had to ask for towels, which is fine but they don’t even have a phone in the room and the phone number of the hotel didn’t work. After 30 minutes we finally received towels. (3) There was no room service so we had to ask again at the reception for toiletries on the next day. The receptionist did not know where to get toilet paper and asked us to come back later. Later we got an unwrapped, partially already used toilet paper roll. (4) A staff member entered our room without knocking. She wanted to go in the room next door. Great privacy invasion. (5) The water from the tap was only hot (6) Lights are not bright. it was so dark in the room (7) The soap is installed next to the sink, when you shower you can only use shampoo and conditioner and always have to leave the shower to get soap. (8) Other hotels require you to put the keycard into a designed spot for electricity. In our room we had to turn off all lights manually. This is annoying and not environmentally friendly because people likely will leave the lights on

Imponeret på den gode måde hilsen en senior kvinde
Stedet er så lækkert - i indretning logistik , hygge steder i selve stedet , er simpelthen så imponeret og det har væltet mit syn på hostel , meget mere favnende atmosfære en jeg overhovedet havde forventet - så luksus uden at være prangende men luksus på den private intime måde , så fedt med restauranten der ligger i forlængelse og bliver brugt at gæsterne fra hotellet samt kunder udefra - kan varmt anbefale dette sted OG dets hjælpsomme personale

地點很方便，櫃檯服務人員也很友善！一樓大廳的公用區域也很舒適！ 但浴室裡有些設施壞了（例如吊扣、潤髮乳等固定設備），如果能修理好的話，會更棒！另外房務打掃人員常常在早上11點前就進房要打掃，如果可以在11點以後會更好！

I've always wanted to stay in a Selina hostel and this one exceeded my expectations. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The place is awesome and the location is fantastic. We stayed in a private room and we had enough space for both of us. The kettle, microwave and the fridge in our room were really useful. I was worried about the internet because I had to work in the evening. But luckily it worked perfectly. I'd like to thank everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and students!

hotel mediano para o preço cobrado
a localização é das melhores possíveis para uma viagem de férias: próximo a metrô que liga toda a cidade, bairro muito seguro e calmo, silencioso. a equipe do hotel é pouco acessível e indisposta a ajudar, especialmente os responsáveis pelo café da manhã, que inclusive agiram com grosseria em alguns momentos da nossa estadia. o quarto é muito escuro e só com dois pontos de luz, que não são suficientes para realizar algumas atividades com conforto (organizar a mala, por exemplo). a região que fica embaixo da cama estava muito suja e não foi limpa durante os dias em que estivemos hospedados. o café da manhã é muito bom e variado, bem como oferecem almoço com entrada + suco + prato principal por €15, preço justo para a região. além disso, não nos sentimos seguros no hotel, porque na nossa primeira estadia nenhum documento foi solicitado no check in para e percebemos que essa é uma prática que se repete. para uma viagem de férias em que esperanos diversão, segurança, acolhimento, conforto, e considerando o valor pago, o hotel é apenas mediano.

Todo ha sido muy fácil la verdad, llegada, la habitación, el staff muy símpatico, la localización es perfecta, la cama comoda y el desayuno muy completo para los trabajadores, hay un espacio de coworking gratis en la septima planta y una terraza super guay No podría decir nada negativo la verdad

Comfortable hotel with a range of room options. Friendly staff at the front desk. My standard private room was upgraded to a larger room with a kitchette. The rooms have a dark cosy industrial style rather than a bright modern style. Good location for Alexanderplatz which is a short walk away. Alternatively there's also a U-bahn metro station very close to the hotel.

Fint og funky hotel. Stort minus at der blev holdt fest med DJ(diskotek!) på 6 sal så væggene rystede til kl 0030 om natten. Umuligt at sove. Der afholdes åbenbart fest hver lørdag, så det skal tages med i betragtning når man bestiller.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. There were multiple activities at the hotel and the food at breakfast was delicious. Rooms are comfy and cool. The location is very central and easy to access, but quite noisy sometimes. Still, I'll definitely come again.
