"Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”. Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”. Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas"

Good location for local beaches & Bamburgh castle
"Hotel very clean and freshly painted. Great view of the sea. Our room was clean and modern but noisy as next to the bar and water evacuation pipes just next to our bed. Probably got the hotels.com room. Breakfast booked for 9 am - very good but service disorganised."
