„I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid...“
