« Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out.

« Our Stay here was wonderful! Our host was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had.The home was very clean and well stocked for all our needs and more! There were many thoughtful touches throughout the home to make our stay extra easy and comfortable! Also, the location is close to main attractions for sightseeing for manatees. We loved staying here! We would definitely come again if we can! »
