« Had a wonderful stay here. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and just down the block from a playground. Easy access to the gondola and a short walk for groceries and restaurants. The place was completely spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely outfitted and has everything you need to prepare meals. The washer/dryer are shared but free, and just around the corner from this unit. The host was friendly and easy to contact. Would stay again! »

« We loved the location of this rental, which is right in the heart of downtownZermatt. « The location is beautiful and the house comes stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there is no wifi even though it was on the listing. When we raised this issue with the manager, she simply claimed that there was wifi despite us saying that there was no box in the house and no network available. If you need wifi don't come here. This dishonesty coupled with a general rudeness of the manager were the only issues with an otherwise great stay. »

« Bedsheets very poor quality and rough. No Wifi. Rooms small and unable to open wardrobes properly as a result. Hot water for showers after skiing very limited for a family. Charges for rubbish bags and electricity used ( over £60 charged for electricity when we were out most of the day in a week ) is very unusual for such properties. We cannot recommend to other visitors unless these factors are rectified - some could be done very cheaply. There is however a bus stop for buses to Saas Fee just...
