„Average“

„A very clean and well maintained property, with very courteous staff and simple Jain food. A good place to stay!!“

„It’s a good place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Food is available on site. It’s little far from Har ki Pauri but auto rickshaw is available even at 5 AM in morning. “

„The property is undoubtedly one of the best properties of Haridwar and our stay at this property was really awesome and a memorable one. The food was really delicious and sumptuous. The room and washroom were really clean and the interiors of the room was immaculate and rooms are well appointed and really spacious. „Honestly, its one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll and towels. When we requested towels it took 7 hours to come ,even after so many attempts of asking. However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation. When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely ...

„It was okay for a 1 day stay. However the bathrooms and bedsheets can be improved overall. The family rooms were good accommodated 4 adults. As such no complains. Food was decent.“
