Very convenient location by the boat departure, restaurant and easy parking. Not crowded as in Stresa.
Hotel staff very friendly, clean room, nice view of the lake from the room, and great breakfast.
Only issues were A/C not available while it was quite hot (~32 dec C) and bed mattress pretty stiff.
The experience was very pleasant overall.

Beautiful location, junior suite was spacious and balcony view had panoramic view of the lake. Easy access to the ferry and local restaurants. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a great spread. Lots to do around the lake, would recommend in an instant.

"Cutest hotel! The room was spacious and so clean. The receptionist was so helpful. When she realized that we were checking out before breakfast the next morning she ordered us a to-go sack. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn! Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Overall good stay. Hot tub wasn't hot. Rooms got warm but plenty of cold air outside to cool them down. Beds were not super comfortable but they did the job"

"This property was very cute and the room was quant and tidy. It was a short (~10 minute) walk from the train stop, which was nice to get away from all the tourists. The breakfast had good selection. One downside is that the other guests were a bit loud at night and we could hear them."
