Hôtel près de Grand lac d'Almaty, Almaty, Almaty

« I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would...

« The rooms are extremely tiny, we had to upgrade, still not spacious. »

« Please avoid this place they are scamming people! I received a message the same day I was arriving that the place I paid for was given away. I was asked to pay extra to a different place. »

« Conveniently located to multiple things in the city »

« Freundlicher und netter Kontakt. Kleine Probleme, z. »

« It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place »

« Kind staff »

« It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient...
