THE SPACE
The main living areas are designed for gathering, with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and beautiful views of Big Bear Lake. The spacious layout gives families and groups room to spend time together while still allowing everyone space to relax during longer stays.

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. Whether you're making breakfast before a day on the lake or preparing dinner for the group, the kitchen provides everything needed for easy meals at the home.

The upstairs primary bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and direct lake views. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Outside, enjoy the lakefront setting from the property, relax in the private hot tub, cook on the gas-line BBQ, or head directly to the private boat dock for time on Big Bear Lake.

The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with air hockey, ping pong, poker table, cornhole, tether ball, ladder toss, and additional games. The garage is not available for vehicle parking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests enjoy direct lakefront access and use of the home's private boat dock, subject to current lake conditions and water levels. Seasonal water levels may affect dock access, and the dock may not accommodate all boats. Please check lake conditions before arrival.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
