« Visit was mostly pleasant. Would have been 5 stars except for a few handyman type fixes that detracted from the experience. The bedroom doors stuck to the point that it was difficult to close the doors without waking kids. Kitchen chairs were wobbly/loose. "Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
