With unobstructed sunset views across the wetlands, 28 feet of dockage and bridge-free boating access to Pine Channel, this furnished monthly rental offers an easygoing home base for enjoying the Lower Keys by land or water.



The Space:

The home features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One full bathroom and one half bathroom, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout make longer stays comfortable.



The updated kitchen is ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to dinner at home. A washer and dryer on the main living floor, WiFi, three smart TVs and a Bluetooth speaker add everyday convenience.



Outdoor living & sunset views



The front balcony may become your favorite spot at Escape to Eden. With an unobstructed view across the wetlands, there’s nothing between you and the wide-open western sky as the sun sets over Big Pine Key. It’s also a great place to keep an eye out for the endangered Key deer that roam freely throughout the island.



Out back, a patio accessible from the first bedroom overlooks the canal and offers another quiet place to relax outside. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day on the water.



Boating from your backyard



Boaters have 28 feet of dock and access to nearby Pine Channel with no bridges along the route. A small lockable storage space provides room for fishing, boating or other outdoor gear.



Big Pine Key & the Lower Keys



Big Pine Key offers a quieter, more natural side of the Florida Keys, with the National Key Deer Refuge, surrounding waters and plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking and exploring outdoors. At the same time, groceries, restaurants and everyday essentials are available right on the island.



From here, you're well positioned for exploring the rest of the Lower Keys, whether you're heading out on the water, spending a day in Key West or simply settling into the slower rhythm of island life for the winter.



Good to Know



Escape to Eden is available beginning in November and requires a minimum stay of 28 nights.



The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.



Maximum occupancy is four guests. All overnight guests must be registered with the property manager.



The rental includes up to $200 in electricity and $150 in water/sewer per month. Any overages will be charged to the guest.



Parking is available for two vehicles.



No pets. Smoking is not permitted.
