This could be a great rental. We spent six weeks here and except for some cleaning issues and maintenance that should be looked after it was a decent place. Everything was excellent. Minor recommendation just some hangers in master closet. I did not check other rooms. Property was close to all launch ramps at Parker. I fish a lot of bass tournament la here and I will be booking again. TY
