„The road to get here is really winding so I suggest going during daylight hours. Once we arrived, We found the parking but couldn't figure out where the place was. So we walked straight ahead of where we parked and found it. Uneven stairs to get to front door. Once we were inside it was very nice. „The place was nice and clean, but a lot more remote than we realized. If you are looking for a place to really get away and unwind, it is a good pick. Bring all your food in so you don’t have to drive back out. If you are looking for a place as a home base for Carmel and the vicinity, it is a long winding drive. “

„The Vineyard Chateau is a beautiful and spacious home with wonderful amenities. My wife and I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well stocked kitchen before heading out on our sightseeing adventures. The salt water pool was already warm enough (late March) to swim and the outdoor pool bar area kept us from needing to run inside for a cool drink. „The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.“
