« The room was actually very nice, clean, and spacious, but it didn't have a coffee maker. My trips are a mix of business and pleasure, so I missed having one. Also, regarding the service upon arrival, they wouldn't let me check in early even though I paid the required fee until they allowed another guest to do so, and then we made a verbal complaint. »

« I love that. I felt very comfortable right away. The rooms were clean and if you needed something, the front desk and the staff were very accommodating. The bad side is that the Internet and/ or Wi-Fi don’t work very well. The breakfast was OK. It would’ve been nice to have more hot foods like eggs, sausage, but what they do have is good for those on the go. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s close to gas stations, and other shopping within 15 minutes from hotel. »

« There is no thermostat in the room; only a dial with numerals 1-10 on the in-room HVAC system. The television did not work. They don't use fitted sheets, and the bed making resulted in tangled bedding; not conducive to a comfortable night's sleep. Front desk clerk had a thick foreign accent, making communication difficult. »

« Even under renovations, this was a fantastic stay and I only wish I needed to stay there longer. The water pressure was glorious for a morning shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was super kind and helpful after a weary day of travel. Definitely recommend this place! »

« The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores »

« Hotel was very unkept. Outside paint peeling on all areas of hotel. Area not more and full of weeds/dandelions. D broken mower at entrance of hotel. 1 st room door would not lock. The staff later came and offered to move us after she checked with supervisor. Next room was clean and looked more updated. Hallway past our room was full with renovations , insulation exposed etc. there was a sign to excuse the mess due to renovations. Eating area was always closed with sign for private event,...
