« We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had »

The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night.
