« We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had »

« I stay at this location from time to time when I am in town for work. Responsiveness of staff via the after hours kiosk has improved with each stay. The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night. The room on the otherside had a dog, which was well behaved and not loud or constantly barking. The constant smell of marijuana in the lobby and common...

« Nous n’avions pas la chambre commandée et ils nous ont chargé un extra pour l’avoir. Ils nous ont dit que Expedia ne communiquait pas le type de chambre et le nombre de personnes pour lequel nous avions réservé. Très mauvaise expérience ! Je doute que nous réserverons via Expedia à l’avenir… »
