• No parties or events are permitted

• No pets allowed

• Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 PM and 07:00 AM

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property

Key collection and drop off via KeyNest. The keys are located 5 minutes away from SETL (if driving). Walking distance is around 15 minutes.

Parking

Please note: The apartment does not include on-site parking. There are several parking options that are available within a short walk of the apartment.

Paid on-street parking is available directly outside the apartment and nearby streets, although restrictions may apply during daytime hours.

For longer stays, we would advise using ‘just park’ or ‘your parking space’ to book somewhere in advance. Putting our postcode in will show you nearby parking with no time restrictions.


Transport

Several major train stations are within easy walking distance of the apartment including, Birmingham Snow Hill, Jewellery Quarter Station, Birmingham New Street, and Birmingham Moor Street. Providing excellent transport links across Birmingham and the wider UK.


Cancellation

Free cancellation up until 24 hours before booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time, the payment will be non-refundable.

Guests can also enjoy access to the building’s premium amenities, including a stylish co-working lounge and wellness studio which are both located on the ground floor. On the sixth floor there is a stunning rooftop garden with views across the city skyline. There are two lifts located in the building if required.
