  • Come see what glamping is all about! Remotely located just 1 mile from DeGray Lake’s Lenox Marcus Recreation Area and boat ramp. *RV rates are not included in this listings total. The cabin sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The RV is available to rent on the same property with an additional fee of $75/night. Sleeps 3-4 comfortably. If not needed, the RV will remain vacant during your stay. PLEASE SPECIFY IF RV IS NEEDED WHEN BOOKING. Additional payment request for RV rental will be sent after booking.

    The cabin is 750sqft, sleeping up to 6 people. The RV is 400sqft, sleeping up to 4 people. The spaces are small so make sure you love your cabin mates well enough to stay in close quarters with them!

    It’s a perfect escape to unplug and unwind. Surrounded by nature, this cozy cabin offers comfort, charm, and a true connection to the outdoors.

    As with any woodland stay in Arkansas, you might spot the occasional curious critter or fly that sneaks its way inside — we do our best to prevent it, but nature sometimes likes to say hello! Rest assured, the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each stay to keep things fresh, comfortable, and safe.

    We’re proud to be a pet-friendly space, and we welcome your furry companions with no extra fees! While we take exceptional care to clean after each visit, there may be a stray dog hair that manages to stay behind — a small reminder of the happy four-legged guests who have passed through.

It was a bit more cozy than the pictures suggest but it was nice, cute place to stay. Woodsy secluded area about a mile from lake. Nice deck and outdoor space with plenty of room for boat trailer parking. Deck rail and step were not yet complete but should be soon. They have thought of nearly everything one might forget to bring.

Hot tub was amazing , rooms where all cozy also. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't allow you to play online games on console. Other than that the place was great great location really quite lots of wildlife and great communication by the owner.

Valentines Getaway

Absolutely perfect stay! Loved the loft with videogames and the hot tub and hammock and the gas fireplace and the kitchen full of every gadget needed (except maybe a meat thermometer lol)! Definitely want to bring the kiddos and go back again!

Great little gem off the beaten path! Very thoughtful design and furnishings make this property a great home. Super clean and well stocked. Great for adults and older kids (I wouldn’t recommend for younger children or for anyone with mobility issues as the loft area is very steep). Loved all the little extras like smores bar and bathroom amenities - highly recommend!!

Beautiful place

We booked the first or second week in April 23’. Very clean and well kept place. Mandi was super nice and helpful! Great place to stay! We will be back, and hopefully able to stay longer! You won’t be disappointed with this property!

Great Location, Great Place!!

It had all that we needed for the 6 of us. The wifi, hot tub, and outdoor space were nice on the occasions when we stayed in. Beautiful wildlife in the mornings and evenings. The host was very kind and helpful. It is just close enough to everything we wanted to do where we couldn't drive within a comfortable time frame. We would stay here again.

Best Getaway

This was the perfect getaway from the city with all amenities of a luxury hotel. The hot tub was great even in the middle of summer. I fell asleep in the hammock after an afternoon in Hot Springs. Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday with her friends and the tv loft was perfect for them to talk through the night!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

Perfect spot for a couples getaway! My husband and I came down with another couple friend of ours and we had a great time! The location was secluded but close enough to Hot Springs to drive up and spend the afternoon! We loved the movie/game room! The cabin was more than accommodating and had every things we needed for cooking anything we wanted! 10/10! We hope to go back!

Cute and quiet stay

Property is out in the middle of no where. Great if you came for Lake DeGray but we were traveling to Hot Springs everyday. The cabin was really cute, clean, and very well organized. We enjoyed the hot tub and the s’mores kit was very appreciated by our kids. There is NO cell service but great internet you can use to communicate. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to the Lake!

Relaxing

We had a great time at the Bored Doe and loved all the amenities it came with. The hot tub and hammock were some of our favorite things to enjoy. WiFi worked great, and the AC kept us cool! A few things to note, the grill outside could use some replacement grates, the bed was a little hard for what we like (this could just be our preference), we didn’t have any trouble with the neighbors, but we were aware of our surroundings and wish the privacy screen on the deck surrounded the porch. Over all a great stay! Mandi was an awesome host and answered all my questions within a few hours!

This rental is beautifully appointed. The hostess is great. Plenty of parking. However, the photos gave an inaccurate impression of the size of the common space. The living room was so small only 3 people can sit at one time. There was so much stuff in the kitchen cabinets there was nowhere to put non-perishable food. Some of that could be pared back to make room for the guests' belongings. The dishwasher is unnecessary. That would open up storage space. No available space in the bathroom for our toiletries. The bedrooms are very small. Nowhere to put your bags or clothes. And so many pillows on the beds, with no where to put them when we went to bed. Our group was 5 adults between 55 and 74 years of age. The upstairs sleeping spaces were not suitable for older adults. If you had small children, the upstairs space would be ok. The foam mattresses on the floor in the loft room are thin and not comfortable for adults. We had to double them to make it comfortable. It rained over our weekend stay so were confined inside a lot. Nowhere to sit together, play games or eat a meal. The refrigerator doors need to be reversed so they open into the kitchen (easy fix!) The house instruction book needs to be updated with more thorough descriptions of expectations and what is available nearby.
